The House Rules of the Saloon · Updated June 26, 2026

Welcome to Poker House, partner. Pull up a chair.

These are our House Rules — the simple, plain‑English version of how we keep the saloon fun, competitive, and safe for everyone at the table. Our goal is straightforward: a fair game, every hand, for every player.

This page is the friendly companion to our Terms of Service. It explains the behavior we expect and what happens when someone breaks the rules. We keep it short and clear on purpose — so there are no surprises. If our Support team has pointed you here, the relevant section below explains why.

The golden rule: Play to win with skill and nerve — never by cheating, abusing, or ruining the game for others.

1

🤝 Respect the Community

A poker table is social. Banter and a good poker face are part of the fun — but there's a hard line between table talk and toxicity.

Always:

  • Treat other players and our staff with basic respect.
  • Keep the trash‑talk light and good‑natured.

Never:

  • Hate speech of any kind — attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats toward any player — in text or voice chat.
  • Toxicity, spam, or abuse that's there only to ruin someone's experience.
  • “Doxing” — sharing or threatening to share anyone's personal or private information.
  • Sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.

This applies everywhere you can be heard or read — including live voice chat at the table.

2

♠️ Strict Poker Integrity

This is the big one. Poker only works when the game is honest, so we have zero tolerance for anything that rigs the outcome. Here's what that means, in plain terms:

Collusion

Teaming up with another player to gain an edge. That includes playing together at the same table as a “team,” sharing your hole cards, or signaling your hand to a partner. Every player sits for themselves — no secret alliances.

Chip‑Dumping

Intentionally losing hands to hand your chips to another account. Folding monsters, calling off your stack on purpose, or otherwise “gifting” chips to a friend or alt account is cheating, and it breaks the economy for everyone.

Soft‑Playing

Going easy on a specific player on purpose — checking down hands you'd normally bet, or refusing to put a buddy to the test. If you're in the hand, play it straight against everyone.

If you wouldn't do it at a real felt table with the floor manager watching — don't do it here.

3

🤖 Zero Tolerance for Bots & Solvers

You're here to test your skill against other people's skill. Anything that automates or outsources your decisions is strictly forbidden:

  • Bots or scripts that play hands for you.
  • Real‑time AI solvers or assistance tools that tell you what to do.
  • Macros, automation, or “auto‑clickers.”
  • Modified clients, memory editors, or any third‑party software that interacts with the game to gain an unfair advantage.

If a tool plays, decides, or grinds for you, it has no place at our tables.

4

🎟️ Account & Chip Rules

Let's be crystal clear about the chips: in‑game chips and gems are for entertainment only. They have no real‑world monetary value and can never be cashed out or exchanged for real money.

Because of that, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Real‑Money Trading (RMT) — buying, selling, or trading chips, gems, or items for real money or anything of value, inside or outside the game.
  • Buying, selling, sharing, or transferring accounts.
  • Multi‑accounting — creating or running multiple or “alternate” accounts, including to farm free chips, bonuses, and rewards, to chip‑dump, or to evade a ban.
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us.

One person, one account, played honestly. That's it.

5

⚖️ Consequences

We want to be 100% upfront about this, so no one is surprised:

Breaking these rules can result in immediate action — without warning. Depending on the severity, that may include:

  • Resetting or confiscating chips, gems, and progress gained through cheating or abuse;
  • Muting your chat or voice;
  • Temporary suspension of your account;
  • Permanent account, and where necessary device/hardware, bans that prevent you from returning or creating new accounts; and
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

We act on cheating, collusion, and fraud aggressively to protect honest players. Decisions are made at our discretion, and confiscated items and banned accounts are not eligible for refund or compensation, as set out in our Terms of Service.

6

🛎️ Reporting & Appeals

  • See something? Use the in‑game report tools, or the mute/block options, to flag bad behavior. Reports are confidential.
  • Think we got it wrong? If you believe an action on your account was a mistake, you can contact our Customer Support — calmly and with details — and we'll review it.

Thanks for keeping the saloon a place where the best player wins — not the best cheater.

See you at the tables. 🃏
