This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how PokerHouse, located at Haglil 13, Tiberias, Israel (together with its affiliates, “PokerHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the mobile game known under the working titles “1890 Mobile Poker” and “Poker House,” together with all related software, clients, servers, application programming interfaces, real‑time services, websites, and features (collectively, the “Services”).

Eligibility & Age Restriction

1.1.The Services are intended strictly for users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, if higher) and are directed to a general adult audience.

1.2.The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without the required consent, we will promptly delete it. See Section 9.

2

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

2.1.Account and contact information. When you create or are provisioned an Account, we collect information such as your username, email address, password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — we never store your plain-text password), and the account identifier we receive if you choose to sign in through a supported provider, or a device-based identifier if you play as a guest.

2.2.Gameplay and economy information. We collect your in-game activity, including game and hand history, progression, statistics, preferences, and your balances and transactions of in-game Virtual Items (such as chips and gems). As stated in Section 12, Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value.

2.3.Network-level and technical telemetry (security and stability). To operate a fair, secure, real-time multiplayer game, we collect technical and connection data, including:

  • (a) your IP address and approximate country derived from it;
  • (b) real-time connection telemetry relating to your persistent/WebSocket session, including connection, reconnection, and disconnection events, latency and round-trip-time metrics, packet timing, and session-stability signals;
  • (c) device identifiers and device fingerprint information, device type, operating system, language settings, and client/app version; and
  • (d) gameplay-integrity signals used to detect automation, manipulation, or anomalous behavior.

We collect this data specifically for anti-cheat, fraud and collusion prevention, ban enforcement, session stability, and security, as further described in Section 3.

2.4.Communications — text and voice chat. If you use our communication features, we process the contents of your text chat and your real-time voice communications, together with related metadata (such as who is at your table). Voice processing is described in detail in Section 4.

2.5.Purchase information. If you purchase Virtual Items, the purchase is processed by the applicable app store, and we receive a purchase receipt / transaction identifier to validate and deliver the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

2.6.Advertising information. If you choose to watch rewarded video ads (to earn in-game Virtual Items), we and our advertising provider process your mobile advertising identifier and ad-interaction signals (such as the number of rewarded ads viewed and ad-view verification), subject to your consent and device settings. See Sections 3 and 6.

2.7.Sensitive information. Certain information may be treated as sensitive under applicable law, including your account credentials (hashed as described above), the contents of your communications, and — only if you expressly grant permission — approximate or precise location. We use such information only as described in this Policy or as permitted or required by law.

3

How and Why We Use Information, and Our Legal Grounds

3.1.We use the information described above to:

  • (a) Operate and provide the Services — create and authenticate your Account, run the game and matchmaking, maintain Virtual Item balances, deliver purchases and ad rewards, and provide customer support;
  • (b) Maintain security, integrity, and fairness — detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, the use of bots or automation, collusion, chip-dumping, multi-accounting, fraud, ad-farming, exploitation, and abuse; enforce bans and prevent ban-evasion; and protect the stability and security of our servers and real-time sessions;
  • (c) Communicate with you — account verification, password reset, security notices, and service messages;
  • (d) Improve the Services — debug, analyze usage, and improve performance, balance, and reliability;
  • (e) Provide advertising — serve and verify rewarded video ads, which may, depending on your consent and settings, be personalized; and
  • (f) Comply with law — meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3.2.Legal grounds (GDPR / UK GDPR). Where this law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); legitimate interests (security, fraud and cheat prevention, ban enforcement, and improvement of the Services); consent (where required — e.g., personalized advertising, precise location, and certain optional features); and compliance with legal obligations.

4

Real-Time Voice & Text Chat

4.1.Optional features. Text chat and real-time voice chat are optional features that you choose to use. If you do not use them, we do not process your chat or voice content.

4.2.Microphone permission. Voice chat requires access to your device's microphone. We access your microphone only while you are actively using the voice feature, and only after you grant the permission through your operating system. You may withdraw this permission at any time through your device settings, which will disable voice chat.

4.3.Real-time transmission to other players. When you use voice chat, your audio is captured and transmitted in real time to the other players at your table through our real-time voice service so that you can speak with them during play. By speaking, you acknowledge that other players at your table will hear you. Likewise, your text-chat messages are transmitted to the players you communicate with.

4.4.Recording and moderation. We process voice communications in real time and do not record, store, or transcribe the content of voice chat. We may, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, capture, review, or retain specific communications where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, enforce our Terms, ensure player safety, or comply with a legal obligation. Text-chat messages may be filtered, logged, moderated, and retained to enforce our Terms and applicable law. We provide tools to mute, block, or report other players, and we may permanently mute, suspend, or ban users who violate our rules.

5

Sources of Information

We collect information: (a) directly from you (e.g., when you register, play, communicate, or contact support); (b) automatically as you use the Services (e.g., gameplay, connection telemetry, technical and device data, and ad-interaction signals); (c) from third-party platforms you choose to use (e.g., the account identifier from a sign-in provider; a purchase receipt from an app store); and (d) from our service providers (e.g., an ad-view verification signal, and approximate country from our geolocation provider).

6

How We Share Information

We share information only as described in this Policy, and we do not sell your personal information for money.

6.1.With service providers (processors) acting on our behalf under contract, by category of recipient:

Category of recipientPurpose

Real-time voice providerDelivering in-game voice chat (only if you use voice)

6.2.With other players. Your username and avatar are visible to other players during play and may appear on leaderboards, and your chat and voice communications are shared with the players you communicate with, as described in Section 4.

6.3.For legal and safety reasons. To comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse, enforce bans, or protect the rights and safety of players, the public, or us.

6.4.In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6.5.“Sale” / “Sharing” for advertising (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws). Our use of Google to serve rewarded ads may involve providing your advertising identifier and device data to Google to deliver and, where applicable, personalize ads. Under certain laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out — see Section 8. We honor recognized opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required. On iOS, advertising uses your identifier only if you permit tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; in the EEA/UK we request consent before serving personalized ads.

7

Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

7.1.Storage. Your personal information is stored in our secured databases and systems, operated for us by our cloud infrastructure provider, and may be processed as described in Section 11.

7.2.Retention. We retain your information for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud and abuse.

7.3.Account deletion. You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal data at any time directly within the app, using the in-app “Delete Account” feature, or by contacting us at the address in Section 15. Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data following a short grace period (during which the deletion may be cancelled), except as described in Section 7.4.

7.4.Limited retention after deletion (ban enforcement and fraud prevention). Notwithstanding a deletion request, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may retain a limited set of identifiers and records after Account deletion strictly where necessary to enforce bans and prevent ban-evasion, to detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Such retained data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes (for example, hashed or tokenized device and account identifiers and a record of the enforcement action) and is not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.

8

Your Privacy Rights

8.1.Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access or obtain a copy of your personal information; request correction or deletion; be informed about our collection, sources, and recipients; withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8.2.Account deletion: use the in-app “Delete Account” feature (Section 7.3) or contact us.

8.3.Opt out of personalized ads: use your device’s ad settings (“Limit Ad Tracking” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization” / reset advertising ID), decline tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, and/or use any in-app or website privacy controls or consent banner we provide.

8.4.EEA/UK (GDPR): you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. California (CCPA/CPRA): you may exercise the rights above, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

8.5.To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9

Children’s Privacy

The Services are for a general adult audience (21+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without the required parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

10

Data Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access, including password hashing, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and fraud and intrusion monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11

International Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than where you live (including the United States, the European Union, and Israel), which may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

12

Entertainment Only; No Real-Money Payouts

The Services are a free-to-play, social game offered solely for entertainment. The Services do not offer real-money gambling and do not process or pay out real money or anything of real-world monetary value. In-game Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real money. Accordingly, we do not collect or process information for the purpose of real-money gaming payouts.

13

Third-Party Services and Links

Your use of the Services may also be subject to the terms and privacy disclosures of third parties you interact with, including your device platform, app store, sign-in providers, and our advertising provider. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services that are not operated by us.

14

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. As permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
