Account & Data Deletion

Poker House (“we,” “us,” “our”) — the operator of the mobile game “1890 Mobile Poker” / “Poker House” (the “Services”) — respects your right to control your personal information. You may delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the two methods below.

This page explains how to make the request, what is deleted, what (if anything) we are required to keep, and how long the process takes. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and any in‑game chips, gems, or other virtual items will be forfeited (they have no real‑world value and are non‑refundable, as described in our Terms of Service).

Method 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you still have the game installed, the fastest way to delete your account is from within the app:

  1. Open the Poker House app and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap the Menu button, then navigate to Settings.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

Your deletion request is submitted immediately and processed as described below.

Method 2 — Request deletion by email (if you have uninstalled the app)

If you have already uninstalled the game, or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email:

  1. From the email address registered to your account, send an email to [email protected] (or [email protected]).
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. In the message, include your Username (and any other detail that helps us locate your account).

We will use your registered email address to verify your identity before deleting your account. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner, we may ask for additional information to protect your account against unauthorized deletion.

Note for Guest Accounts: If you are playing on a “Guest” account and have not linked an email address, we cannot verify your identity via email. To delete your data, you must either use Method 1 (In‑App Deletion) before uninstalling the game, or link an email address to your account first.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Your account profile (username, email address, and account credentials);
  • Your gameplay data (game and hand history, progression, statistics, and preferences);
  • Your virtual item balances (chips, gems, and other in‑game items), which are forfeited; and
  • Your in‑app communications data and text‑chat history. (We do not record or store voice chat.)

Third‑Party Logins: If you signed into the game using “Sign in with Apple,” Google, or Facebook, deleting your Poker House account will remove your data from our servers. However, you may also want to revoke the app’s access directly within your device’s Apple ID, Google, or Facebook security settings.

What is NOT deleted (Data Retention)

As explained in our Privacy Policy, to protect the integrity and safety of the game we may retain a limited set of identifiers and records after deletion, strictly where necessary to:

  • enforce bans and prevent ban‑evasion;
  • detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

Any such retained data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes — for example, hashed or tokenized device and account identifiers and a record of any enforcement action — and is not used to re‑identify you or contact you for any other purpose. We do not retain your readable personal information for marketing or any unrelated use after deletion.

Note on purchases: Records of in‑app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores under their own policies. For purchase refunds or billing history, please contact the relevant app store.

How long deletion takes

  • Your request takes effect after a short grace period, during which the deletion can be cancelled (for example, if it was submitted by mistake).
  • We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request (and usually sooner), except for the limited data we are permitted or required to retain as described above.
