DSA Notice
This notice is published by PokerHouse, located at Haglil 13, Tiberias, Israel (“PokerHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Poker House game and related online services (the “Service”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services (the “Digital Services Act” or “DSA”).
It sets out the points of contact we have designated and information regarding our handling of illegal content and content moderation.
Single Point of Contact for Authorities (Article 11 DSA)
In accordance with Article 11 of the DSA, PokerHouse designates the following single point of contact to enable direct communication, by electronic means, with the competent authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services, in relation to the application of the DSA:

- Language: Communications with this point of contact may be conducted in English.
This point of contact is designated for the authorities and bodies identified above. It is not a channel for user or recipient enquiries, which are addressed in Section 2 below.
Single Point of Contact for Recipients of the Service (Article 12 DSA)
In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, PokerHouse designates the following single point of contact to allow recipients of the Service (users) to communicate directly and rapidly with us, by electronic means and in a user-friendly manner, in relation to the Service:

- Language: Communications with this point of contact may be conducted in English.
Recipients may use this point of contact to communicate with us regarding the Service.
Illegal Content and Content Moderation
PokerHouse maintains measures to address illegal content and conduct, and to enforce its terms. Users and third parties may notify us of content or conduct they consider to be illegal, or that they believe violates our Terms of Service or our Fair Play & Community Guidelines, by using:
- the in-app reporting tools (including the report, mute, and block functions); or
- our point of contact at [email protected].
We review the notices we receive and may take appropriate action in accordance with our terms and applicable law, including removing or restricting access to content, and applying measures to the relevant account (such as warnings, suspension, or termination). Where required by applicable law, we will provide a statement of reasons for our decisions and, where appropriate, the ability to appeal.
